Innobid

Description

Innobid is an e-procurement solution that seeks to automate the public procurement process to reduce risk and cost of bids screening. The system leverages AI and Machine Learning to detect and flag anomalies in the bids submitted in order to predict and combat corruption before it happens and incorporates citizens in monitoring the procurement process to foster a culture of accountability, transparency and trust. The solution also promotes a competitive bidding process that levels the playing field for businesses of all sizes.

Unlike the conventional reactive approach, our solution is predictive and seeks to detect and flag corruption(anomalies) before it happens saving the government entities, law enforcement, the judicial system and general citizens resources and time.

Replicability

Being a digital product, Innobid has the potential to grow to all the major African markets from Eastern Africa, Western Africa to Southern Africa. Our primary clients are the governments or government institutions in these regions. It has never been the best time for innobid to come to life thanks to the intentional digitisation of government services by most governments in Africa. We plan to adopt a targeted client acquisition strategy where we will be engaging one client at a time and servicing them for a considerable period until all their needs are met before moving onto the next client in a different region.
