Several big Dutch enterprises have committed their support to IICD’s new initiative Bits4Green. This programme focuses on reducing energy consumption and e-waste in developing countries with donations from Dutch and International (IT)-entrepreneurs. Bits4Green will be launched at IICD’s 15th anniversary conference. At the event the initiative will be supported by Inter Access CEO Hans den Hartog and Ronald van Wuijtswinkel of the CharITy foundation. This foundation aims to increase the Corporate Social Responsibility of Dutch and international IT companies and IT-departments of companies.
