The government program “Informational Kazakhstan – 2020” is a strategy aimed to lead the informatization and automation of all spheres of Kazakhstan economy and governance. It is based on use and development of existing ICT infrastructure and building and integration of new elements. The program provides the elaboration in all sectors of state and citizens life – healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, agriculture, mass-media, tourism and sports, ecology and environment protection as well as the development of human capital. The main aim of this program is creation of conditions for a transition to informational society in Kazakhstan.
