The objective of adopting the Laws “On Informatization” is to ensure further evolution of Kazakhstan society informatization through legislative implementation of efficient system for organization thereof that meets contemporary international standards, specifically, legislative recognition of a new model for informatization of government agencies, including IT outsourcing and cloud computing; legislative recognition of the institute of state support to informatization development; creation of legal framework for e-Government architecture; regulation of basic trends in public policy for informatization of state’s activities; and regulation of ensuring information security in the field of informatization.
