People with Disabilities (PwDs) are not offered the appropriate training programs that would help them meet the job market needs and consequently they are experiencing a high rate of unemployment. In full cooperation with the PwDs’ community, a number of prominent NGOs, and the CIT chamber of commerce, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) launched a Life Long Learning (LLL) program to help PwDs find job opportunities. The offered training programs range from basic IT and soft skills program to specific technical skills that ate specified by the IT companies which are interested in hiring PwDs.
