The portal is an online website designed to provide users with a virtual link to the Saudi Commission for Tourism & National Heritage (SCTH) for licensing services. The portal enables access of information to all stakeholders in order to promote investment in the touristic accommodation sector. The portal was created by conducting several partnerships in the governmental sector including Ministry of interior and Ministry of Commerce and Industry to enrich data-banks and raise standards for all parties involved. The results have shown 60% reduction in time for processes. The portal is flexible enough to accommodate any potential changes in the future.
