At the beginning, our main motivation is related to the will of standing out in the field of organization and automation of work processes and Quality management through the implementation of a Quality management system in Algérie Télécom which needs the participation of all workers. Today, profits are not appeared only in terms of branding and achievement of goals QCD (Quality, Cost, Delay), but also in the functioning internally.Indeed, as recently, the business world is interested in the potential role of IT in the organization of work and use tools to ensure better performance, collaboration and communication; improve services customer, quality and deadlines. WEB portals and workflow are tools that bring in this context a real help to the organization, execution and optimization of business processes , so we can plan to use them for the automation of the processes at the business plan.
