WSIS values promotion

1) Promote Information Society for All to ensure that everyone can benefit from the opportunities that ICTs can offer by building a people-centred Information Society for people with hearing impairment and speech impaired, including elderly with hearing problems. 2) Develop technologies, applications, and service infrastructures which are essential foundations for an inclusive information society and recognize the special needs of persons with disabilities and older persons. The infrastructure networks are also adapted to national and local conditions, easily-accessible and affordable, and making greater use of broadband and other innovative technologies where possible in order to accelerate the social and economic progress of countries, and the well-being of all individuals, communities and peoples. 3) Joint effort which requires cooperation and partnership among all stakeholders such as government sectors, civil societies, and private sectors.
