Today more than 3Billion people still do not have internet access. On the other hand, there are 4 Billion Internet users worldwide. A third of them is served by small Internet Service Providers (ISPs). There are 5 million small ISPs globally, especially in rural areas.Zima is a Software as a service platform that enables small ISPs to manage their bandwidth, user subscriptions, and billing without the need for hardware. As a result, using Zima saves each ISP between $3000 and $15000 in upfront costs and hundreds of dollars in monthly recurring costs related to hardware maintenance, electricity fees and IT support. We currently have clients in 13 countries from Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.

Anywhere in the world Zima can be used. It saves the ISPs thousands of dollars in upfront costs and lowers the barrier to entry to empower them to serve their communities with internet connection
It is sustainable, because it has a subscription model. It is enough to cover our expenses and to keep improving the project through R&D and development
Being chosen by WSIS as an impact project, we highlight the project and its contribution to WSIS values on our community forum visited by hundreds of ISPs for now (hopefully thousands soon). Also on our social media channels, and possibly a badge on our website. Also we can promote this in our local community through a workshop organized by our Internet Society - Lebanon Chapter
