Graduates Employment Ranking

Empowering graduates, connecting talent to opportunity

Description

The "Graduates Employment Rating" platform, developed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, aims to expand employment opportunities for university applicants and graduates. The platform provides detailed data on employment outcomes for graduates, helping students make informed decisions about their educational paths. It includes information on university rankings, specialty demand in the labor market, employment statistics, salary levels, and more. Covering 102,749 graduates from 30 universities across 360 specialties, it analyzes employment data from the past 7 years, showing job security and employer details. The platform serves as a tool to guide future applicants in selecting institutions and specialties with high employment prospects. It strengthens competition among universities and encourages the development of skills that match market needs, contributing to better workforce preparation. Additionally, the platform aids in planning higher education admission and determining quotas. By offering transparency, it helps students align their career choices with labor market demands, ensuring better employment outcomes for graduates.

It can be adapted by incorporating local universities, specialties, and employment data. By partnering with government agencies and employers, similar platforms could track graduate employment outcomes, tailor information to regional job markets, and offer multilingual support. This model can be customized to improve employment outcomes and align educational programs with market demands, making it suitable for broader implementation.

Sustainability

The platform is sustainable due to its reliance on regularly updated data from universities, employers, and government agencies. It promotes continuous collaboration between educational institutions and the labor market, ensuring ongoing relevance. The platform's ability to adapt to changing job market trends and its support for planning admissions and quotas further enhance its long-term viability. Additionally, its impact on informed career choices and improved graduate employability ensures ongoing value, making it self-sustaining over time.

WSIS values promotion

The "Graduate Employment Rating" platform promotes WSIS values by fostering access to information, education, and inclusive development. By providing transparent data on graduate employment outcomes, it ensures informed decision-making for students, aligning their educational choices with labor market needs. This enhances equal opportunities for all, regardless of gender or background, by showcasing diverse career paths. The platform supports collaboration between educational institutions, employers, and government agencies, driving social inclusion and promoting sustainable economic growth. It contributes to the development of a knowledge-based society by using technology to bridge gaps between education and employment, ensuring that all students have the tools to succeed.
