Intelligent Processing Technology of Multimedia Signal in Complex Network Environments
The project proposes a complex heterogeneous wireless network framework integrating environment perception, cooperative communication and network convergence, which breaks down the bottleneck of the service capability of ubiquitous complex networks. The representation of environmental information and modeling methods are explored and new environment information integrated reasoning algorithm and environmental information integration and reasoning decision-making model was designed, which enhances multimedia information transmission capability in complex environment. Furthermore, a ubiquitous mobile multimedia service platform was established based on users’ behavior analysis technology. The project has the characteristics of fairly good portability and sustainability and the project can help solve the common problems existing in the field of telecommunications. Moreover, the project properly fits into the WSIS Actions Lines and can be replicated to others countries to help the realization of SDGs in the mobile era.
