The network focuses on an educational intervention model composed by infrastructure, training, analysis of learning patterns, connectivity and content creation. The Fundación Proacceso is a non-governmental organization in Mexico that has created the Learning and Innovation Network (RIA) in order to reduce the digital divide and provide educational tools in low-income areas of Mexico. Thus, the Fundación Proacceso has stablished the capacity building and ICT literacy as one of its main components of the RIA. At the RIA training centers, people from all ages can have access to quality educational content, lifelong learning and economic opportunities.
