Human security means protecting fundamental freedoms that are the essences of life. It also means protecting the individual against serious threats or danger. So, we need to develop new ways of thinking in order to design better solutions and new intelligent system, that solve our current problems and help people to their survival, their lives and their dignity. In this context, we present in this project a new concept to create an adaptive system to save lives and help the individual in all kinds of danger. The main objective of this system is the implementation of a new intelligent system that serves to provide services in a fast and efficient physical or moral danger and help them to cope with less damage or guide their choices using a suitable solution based on the environmental data integration based on IoT according to their profiles and situation. Our interests are the trust, efficiently and quality of our system which will guarantee an proficient operation depending on the services offered by the our system Before, During and after the Disaster. The essential objectives of DES are: (1) Reduce the probability of accidents, (2) Prevent the public about the behavior of the disaster or an emergency, (3) Reduce the severity, if the disaster occurred despite the taken precautions (4) Automatic and adaptive navigation guide.
