Personalized education to create the next generation of Leaders

Description *
We are living in a fast growing tech-driven era where jobs are reinventing or disappearing; an era where creativity, critical thinking, open-mindset, emotional intelligence, innovatioon etc. are the most important skills to learn. At the opposite, we have 74% of students from Least Developed Countries whose raw talent are frustrated by the common “industrial” education that is not evolving with the digital revolution. Results: gender gap in STEM fields increasing, 88% of graduates are running for under-qualified jobs of civil servants rather than entrepreneurship and above they don’t exploit their full potential either for their well-being and socio-economic growth of their community. CAYSTI is therefore a school tech incubator developing innovative tech solutions and approaches to ensure personalized learning experiences that reveal and develop the talent & passion of each student (primary-secondary school). We aim at developing our students’ creativity, at infusing to them at their early age. Here are some major values we provide: 1) the passion of using STEM as fun & powerful tool thanks to problem-solving approach 2) entrepreneurship skills, mindset/attitudes to make them responsible leaders thanks to project-based learning and personal mentoring; 3) competitive tech competencies (coding, game design, rapid prototyping) thanks to our K-12 adaptive software named abcCode and its intelligent e-learning platform. CAYSTI is a one-year startup with 5 000 youth empowered (from urban and rural areas), 55 new young leaders trained (12 – 19 years old and 69% girls), 3 innovative tech prototypes created by our students under incubation with our partner (National_School_of_Advanced_Engineering Incubator), 4 awards won and 8 jobs created.
