With the aim to fulfill the vision of Ajman 2021 “ Happy society that will contribute to building a green economy backed by a distinguished government in harmony with the UAE Vision 2021, National Agenda and Spirit of the Union” and the vision of H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council “ Towards an efficient government, with reliable & integrated services that are available around the clock through different digital channels utilizing different innovative technologies and dealing with its customers as their partners”. Ajman Digital Government has developed a 5-year Digital Transformation Plan with a clear roadmap targeting to achieve the following 5 objectives: 1. Digital Transformation of 100% of Government Services by 2018 2. Digital Transformation of 30 Government Services every 100 Business Days 3. Digital Transformation for all shared government Services by 2018 4. 80% Adoption of Digital Services by 2018 5. Increasing the efficiency of Government spending by 20% by the end of 2021 The digital transformation plan is divided into 2 main components; the automation of 30 services every 100 days plan (shortly named the 100 days plan) and the 17 centralized initiatives that are distributed across 4 main themes which are: 1. Exceptional Customer Experience 2. Paperless & Integrated Government 3. Continuous Learning & Innovation 4. Enabling Policies As of today, The digital transformation plan was successfully able to achieve 140% success rate in its first 100 days plan in addition to achieving the 2017 centralized initiatives plan with a success rate of 100%.
