With reference to the document sent by Mr. Tarjanne, we would like to inform you that STET agrees on the terms of the MoU and will be happy to sign it.
As our contribution to the text of the MoU, we ask to add at the
end of Article 1 the following text: "En tout cas, les normes
relatives à l'homologation doivent envisager, en infligeant
des sanctions appropriées le cas échéant,
que les terminaux ne portent pas atteinte au bon fonctionnement
des réseaux de télécommunications avec lesquels
ils interagissent".
