WHO SHOULD ATTEND THE FORUM ?

The International Telecommunication Union's first-ever World Telecommunication Policy Forum is to take place in Geneva from 21 to 23 October 1996. This Forum is targeted at Ministerial staff, CEOs and senior-level management of national telecommunication administrations, national and international carriers and telecommunications regulators, the strategic planners and business development managers of satellite and Global Mobile Personal Communications systems operators, and industry analysts, telecommunications consultants and law firms specialized in telecommunications.

The World Telecommunication Policy Forum will offer a unique opportunity to hear the decision-makers from Governments and the industry debate the crucial issues of GMPCS and develop the global strategies which will underpin the communications networks of tomorrow.
