ITU NEW COUNCIL OVERSIGHT GROUP (NCOG)
Background:
By Resolution 1216 approved at the 2004
Council session in June, it was resolved to establish a new Council Oversight
Group, with a mandate, composition and working methods as shown in Annex 1 to
the above Resolution 1216, to oversee the implementation of the GoS
recommendations 2, 4, 6, 8.5, 16 and 17 adopted by Council, taking into account
the project plan established in the Consultant Report (C04/42).
