The role of ICTs in good
governance should be one of the key themes for
the Summit where by issues relating to people's
participation and responsive governance using
ICTs could be explored. There are a number of
examples around the world. Hence, Transparency
International, an NGO that promotes
transparency, accountability and anti-corruption
would strongly propose the theme, ICTs for good
governance |
