Since 2002, has held the post of Alternate Chair of CITEL's Permanent Consultative Committee II (Radiocommunication including Broadcasting).
Mr Marsiglia has wide-ranging experience in the field of radiocommunications, having participated in many meetings and conferences organized by ITU, CITEL and the Andean Committee of Telecommunication Authorities (CAATEL).
