This report discusses best practices for the transition from analogue to digital television and shares communication strategies to accelerate the process of public awareness about digital broadcasting, spectrum issues related to the Analogue Switch-Off (ASO), and the use of the released spectrum (Digital Dividend) to implement new services and applications.
