Connecting to include persons with disabilities and other special needs - this ITU-D study group report results from four years of collaborative work of ITU membership on Question 7/1: Access to telecommunication/ICT services by persons with disabilities and?other persons?with specific needs approved at WTDC-17. Insightful guidelines are brought forward based on country case studies and lessons learnt from industry and academia work.
