Signalling network includes the network entities and the signalling exchange which are related to telecommunications services. Analyses and optimization on signalling network are important methods for network and service related management and operation. This Recommendation specifies the framework, interfaces, protocols, service procedures, AI/ML-assisted functions, and security considerations of signalling network analyses and optimization in the context of VoLTE network.
