This Recommendation describes the concept of cloud data mobility management, and its functional requirements and functional framework. It specifies the functional requirements derived from the corresponding use cases on several aspects, including heterogeneous cloud data storage, cloud data orchestration and cloud data protection and prediction. It also provides the functional framework by identifying the logical components based on the functional requirements and illustrates the relationship with functional components defined in Recommendation ITU-T Y.3502.
