This Amendment addresses the following: -Modification of the loss-of-power and spontaneous interruptions (clause 11.3.1.1); -Addition of a Band plan and Limit PSD masks for profile 35b for the North American region (Annex A). -Addition of operation per the North American region for profile 35b (Annex Q).

Due to a technical error, the text of draft ITU-T G.993.2 (2015) Amd. 4 originally posted for Last Call was erroneous. The correct text was reposted on 2018-02-19, and the Last Call period was extended accordingly from 2018-03-15 until 2018-03-19.
