This draft Recommendation specifies the requirements for signalling network analyses and optimization in Voice over LTE (VoLTE) in which the signalling network refers to the network entities and the signalling exchange which are related to telecommunications services. This draft Recommendation covers the aspects of overview on signalling network, requirements for signalling collecting, requirements for signalling network analyses, requirements for signalling network optimization and general security considerations in VoLTE.
