Dear Video Experts,

Bitstreams and tabulated data for the recommended set of sequences,
bit-rates, frame rates, and spatial resolutions outlined in q15d62r1
have been uploaded to the dropbox. Log files are available separately
for those interested. 

These bitstreams were generated using the the TMN10 high complexity
configuration, with annexes D, F, J, I, and T enabled. Post-processing
has not been performed. 

I have also uploaded binaries for our decoder, version 3.1.2, for
various machines.
