Dear all,

I have just uploaded the following 4 bitstreams concerning on
H.263/Annex N. Two of them are by the publicly available TU Berlin's
encoder and the others are by our Oki's encoder. These bitstreams have
been cross checked by each other decoder.

 TUB_N_mad.263 : MaD900 bitstream using annex N encoded by TU Berlin
 TUB_N_mad.snr : SNR
 TUB_N_fore.263: Foreman bitstream using annex N encoded by TU Berlin
 TUB_N_fore.snr: SNR
 Oki_N_mad.263 : MaD900 bitstream using annex N encoded by Oki
 Oki_N_mad.snr : SNR
 Oki_N_fore.263: Foreman bitstream using annex N encoded by Oki
 Oki_N_fore.snr: SNR

The followings are some parameters for the encoding.

- MaD900, Foreman
- 24kbps (QCIF)
- One GOB per frame (No GOB header).
- annex N without back-channel
- All annexes except N were not used.
- 2 sreads
- 10 frames between sync. points of sread (TU Berlin's encoder)
- No sync. point of sread (Oki's encoder) : This is the same  stream
  to ACK mode with back-channel except RPSMF in picture header.
