BDT Director Ms Doreen Bogdan-Martin met with H.E. Mr Chris Philp MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Department for Digital Culture Media and Sport (DCMS) of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 10 November. They discussed collaboration on digital access to connect underserved communities, support digital literacy, and enable digital ecosystems to thrive.
