National Spectrum Management Assistance Workshop

Summary of the project

This project aims to assist countries which have some difficulties in effective spectrum management due to limited resources and/or human capacity. To assist and contribute to solve the problems and improve spectrum efficiency in developing countries, a regional workshop will be organized in each region on effective spectrum management which includes experts’ presentations and discussions among the participants sharing knowledge on spectrum management administration and experiences in the operation of SMS4DC software. Through this workshop, not only the SMS4DC users but officials responsible for spectrum management in developing countries can participate. This will also be an opportunity for promoting and sharing the advantages of software assisted spectrum management tools and the know-how of effective spectrum management within the constraints of limited technical and human resource.
