The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) would like to invite experts from concerned ministries and national regulators to the online workshop for the validation of harmonized calculation method for Africa (HCM4A) agreement. The workshop will be conducted online from 29 November 2021 – 02 December 2021, from 10:00 – 13:00 (Geneva time)- with English/French simultaneous interpretation.
