three day capacity building workshop on
Spectrum Auctions. The same programme will be conducted in English and French as follows:
• English: January 11-13, 2021
• French: January 18-20, 2021
Ensuring spectrum pricing predictability and alignment with the best international practices are among the objectives of PRIDA project, an initiative by the African Union, the European Union and the ITU. PRIDA is also supported by RECs, ATU, Regional Regulatory Associations, National Regulators and other stakeholders.
The main target audience is spectrum management experts as well as other regulatory experts dealing with spectrum pricing and licensing issues from African Regulatory Authorities and concerned Ministries.

L'Union Internationale des télécommunications (UIT) a le plaisir d'inviter le personnel de toutes les agences de régulation et des ministères africains concernés à nos ateliers de renforcement des capacités en ligne de trois-journées sur la Vente aux enchères de spectre, quisera effectué aux dates et dans les langues suivantes:
• En anglais: 11-13 janvier 2021
• En français: 18 -20 janvier 2021
Assurer la prévisibilité de la tarification du spectre et l'alignement sur les meilleures pratiques internationales font partie des objectifs du projet PRIDA, une initiative de l'Union africaine, de l'Union européenne et de l'UIT. PRIDA est également soutenu par les CER, l'UAT, les associations régionales de régulation, les régulateurs nationaux et d'autres parties prenantes.
Le principal public cible est constitué d'experts en gestion du spectre ainsi que d'autres experts en réglementation traitant des questions de tarification et de licence du spectre des autorités de régulation africaines et des ministères concernés.
