He leads regional work on Reimagine Education and research on the reach and effectiveness of distance learning during COVID-19. He is the co-chair with ITU of the Asia Pacific Interagency Working Group on Digital Transformation in Learning and Education. He also manages the interagency All Children Learning Assessment Platform. In a previous life, he founded a software company primarily serving research institutions, UN and government agencies. He has a PhD in Education from the University of Melbourne. |
