Introduction & Background
The session will highlight the objectives of the new ITU-T Focus Group on cost models for affordable data services and the expectations of its first meeting on 4-6 October in India. The Focus Group aims to create a platform for regulators from different regions to share the  lessons learned on best practices for affordable data services.
