Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) organized the Asia-Pacific Regional Workshop on ICT Indicators, held in Viet Nam from 2-4 October 2019

Objective

The workshop hosted by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), Viet Nam. The objective of the workshop is to strengthen the capacity of countries to produce national statistics on telecommunications and ICTs.

Target Population

The workshop intended for participants who are responsible for collecting and/or producing such statistics in ministries, regulatory agencies, and national statistical offices.

1. The workshop is offered free of charge. However, participants need to pay for their travel and lodging.
2. The fellowships may be available for LDC, LLDC and SIDs
   
3. Please note that the capacity building workshop will be paperless. 
4. The event will be conducted in English.
