​​​ Arnaud Taddei
CEO, Vice-chair, ITU-T Study Group 17, Security | Broadcom​

Mr​. Arnaud Taddei is a Global Security Strategist at Symantec by Broadcom. He is an executive advisor on Security Strategy and Transformation for the top 150 Symantec customers. As part of his mission, M. Taddei participates in specific Standardization Defining Organizations and in particular, was elected ITU-T SG17 Vice Chair representing the UK and works at the IETF. He started his career in 1993 at the famous CERN IT Division in Geneva which created the World Wide Web and where he led the team responsible for Communication, Authentication and Authorization. In 2000, he joined Sun Microsystems where he became one of the 100 elected global Principle Engineers. In 2007 he joined Symantec and hold Chief Architect roles up to Director of Research as direct report to Dr. Hugh Thompson, Symantec’s CTO and actual RSA Conference Chair. Graduated as Telecom Engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Télécommunication de Bretagne, France, M. Taddei owns a DEA with INRIA, which led him to the Institute of Control Sciences, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow in 1992.​

Kwadwo Gyamfi Osafo-Maafo​
Head of Cyber Security Division and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), National Communications Authority (NCA), Ghana | ITU-T Study Group 17 Regional Group for Africa Chair

Computer Scientist Engineer currently working as head of Cyber Security Division and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the National Communications Authority. During his period of work at NCA, he has utilized various resources made available from ITU, FIRST and AfricaCERT including use of frameworks and best practices.​ As head of Cybersecurity at NCA, managed the setup of the Cybersecurity Unit (in 2017) and now Cyber Security Division (2018) as well at the telecommunications sector computer emergency response team (NCA-CERT). Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy are integrated into NCA’s governance, policy, and operations including setting up of teams and committees to support work on cybersecurity, data protection and privacy. At the national level, he has supported work on cybersecurity as organized by Ministry of Communications and National Cyber Security Secretariat. As part of the NCA team, has participated in activities of the National Cyber Security Technical Working Group and preparation or organizing of some events for Cyber Security Awareness Month and Capacity Development within the telecommunications sector. Various contributions to developing capacity nationally at for NCA led to NCA being awarded Capacity Builder of the Year 2019 by Strategic Governance Initiative (SGI). During this period, Ghana has gone from ITU Global Cyber Security Index rating of 89 in 2018 to 43 in 2020. He is currently a vice-chairman of ITU-T Study Group 17 and the chairman of the ITU-T Study Group 17 Regional Group for Africa.

Abdenour Bourennane
Head of Incident Response Department, Algérie Télécom

Abdenour Bourennane has over 7-years background in the cybersecurity field, primarily focused on network protection, threat detection, and incident response. Presently, he holds the position of leading Algérie Télécom's Incident Response and Forensics team, where thier focus is to fortify the organization against emerging threats. In his current role, he provide guidance to the team, taking proactive measures to detect and mitigate potential threats, and conducting thorough forensic investigations in the event of incidents. 





​​ Miho Naganuma

Ms. NAGANUMA has over 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry. She has developed her career in private sector and has mainly focused on cybersecurity. She is now in NEC Corporation and is responsible for leading intelligent research for policy & regulatory impacts on digital trust field including AI.During the career, she has also been actively involved in international standardisation work in many organizations including ITU, ISO, other SDOs and experts’ committees for over 20 years. In ITU, she has participated various meetings such as TSAG and SGs in ITU-T and ITU-D with leadership position. She also contributed to various ITU events and high-level meetings such as PP, WTDC and WTSA.

Masae Toyama
Liaison officerJPCERT/CC, Japan

To enhance collaboration of CSIRTs/CSIRT communities in the Asia Pacific region and the world, Masae has been actively involved in Asia Pacific Computer Emergency Response Team (APCERT), for which JPCERT/CC serves as the Secretariat responsible for administrative duties. She is offering information to engage technical communities in the discussion on the Internet governance and international policies through her presentations and articles on JPCERT/CC's blog. 
​​Koichiro Komiyama
Director of Global Coordination Division, JPCERT/CC, Japan

Dr Koichiro Komiyama's primary roles are to enhance international collaboration with overseas CSIRTs, and to support the establishment and operations of CSIRTs in their initial stage. He takes an active role in regional/global communities such as FIRST (Forum of Incident Response and Security Teams), APCERT (Asia Pacific Computer Emergency Response Team) and GCSC (Global Commission On The Stability Of Cyberspace). He is also a research scholar at the Keio University Global Research Institute (KGRI). His research interests include international relations, global governance in the cyberspace and ICT4D. He holds a Ph.D. in media and governance from the Keio university.​
Gábor Ács-Kurucz
Information Security Engineer, Google, Switzerland

Gabor is an information security engineer, working in Zurich at Google since 2019. He currently leads various product security efforts, such as AI product security and the product security reviews area. His mission is securing products at Google as well as around the world, including delivering scalable guidelines, like Minimum Viable Secure Product (MVSP). He previously worked on vendor security assessments and securing third-party integrations at Google. Before joining Google, Gabor worked as a malware analyst at CrySyS Lab and as a security architect at a finance company in London (G-Research). In his early days he was an avid capture the flag competitor, and participated in the finals of e.g. DEFCON, Google CTF, SecCon and Code Blue.



​Tadas Jakštas
Team Lead of Cybersecurity Capacity Building, NRD Cyber Security, Lithuania

Dr. Tadas Jakštas is a senior cybersecurity capacity building expert with a wealth of experience in managing international security and defence projects within various NATO and EU organisations. Currently, Dr. Jakstas works at NRD Cyber Security where he is leading a team of experts in the area of multinational cyber security capacity building projects, including Oxford CMM assessments, CSIRT and SOC establishment, crisis management, national cyber security strategy development, the improvement of cybersecurity legislative frameworks, the identification and governance of critical information infrastructure.



​​​Vilius Benetis
Director of NRD Cyber Security, Lithuania

Dr. Vilius Benetis is a senior cyber-security researcher and consultant. Dr. Benetis leads North European cybersecurity company NRD Cyber Security where with efforts to Secure Digital Environments. The scope of his work includes designing CSIRTs/SOCs for nations, early warning systems and forensics labs, incident response, development of national methodologies for identification and monitoring of critical infrastructure, national situation awareness in cyberspace. Under leadership of Dr. Benetis, NRD team has been awarded with numerous CSIRT establishment (Malawi, Bahamas, Kyrgyzstan, Bhutan national CIRT, Bangladesh government CIRT, Cyprus national CSIRT; Egypt, Nigerian, Ugandan Financial CSIRTs) and modernisation (in Kenyan, Tanzanian, Peruvian, South African, US organisations) projects.​
