​​Bilel Jamoussi
Chief of Study Group Department, TSB, ITU

Tunisian born, Dr. Bilel Jamoussi is Chief of the Study Groups Department of ITU Standardization Bureau in Geneva Switzerland. Since 2010, he has been leading the bureau’s standards making activities into a new era characterized by rapid convergence and the need for increased collaboration with vertical sectors and partnership between developed and developing countries. Prior to 2010, Jamoussi worked for a Telecommunication equipment and solutions provider for 15 years in Canada and then in the United States where he held several leadership positions and was granted 22 US patents in diverse areas including packet, optical, wireless, and quality of service. He holds a BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Computer Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USA. He is fluent in Arabic, French, and English and speaks some Spanish and German.
Assaf Klinger

 Assaf Klinger is an accomplished cyber security entrepreneur, specializing in telecom, cryptography and DLTs.  In the last 3 years, Assaf has founded two startups, one in the crypto-currency AML/CTF space, and the other is helping SMEs cope with the labor changes brought about by COVID-19. A native of Israel, Assaf has over 20 years' experience as a software & hardware developer and as a security researcher with specialty in cyber-telcom vulnerability research. Assaf is an IDF intelligence corps. veteran of 13 years (Maj. Ret.) and has led the development of many complex systems, for this Assaf was decorated in 2011 with the Israel Defense award, the highest award a non-combatant in Israel, given for exceptional technological achievements and major contribution to the security of Israel. Assaf has a BSc. in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv university and an MBA from the Technion. Assaf is a family man, married with twins, in his spare time he enjoys tinkering with IoT electronics and music.
Cathal Mc Daid
Chief Technical Officer, AdaptiveMobile Security

​Cathal Mc Daid is the Chief Technical Officer at AdaptiveMobile Security. He is one of the world’s foremost experts in mobile network signalling security, where his recent achievements include the discovery of the Simjacker vulnerability. His pivotal work in the industry has been recognized by the GSM Association where he is editor of the SS7 Interconnect Security Guidelines (GSMA FS.11) and editor of the new 5G Interconnect Security Guidelines (GSMA FS.36). With over 16 years’ experience in telecoms, messaging and security, he is a frequent contributor to business and technology media including the WSJ, USA Today, BBC, Forbes and Bloomberg and is a regular speaker at industry events. His academic background includes a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering from the University of Limerick and an Executive MBA from INSEAD
Christine Hilda Namuddu
MTN Uganda

Christine is Senior Information Risk Officer at MTN Uganda responsible for Technology risk, Network risk and Information risk management. Prior joining MTN, Christine was a consultant with Ernst & Young offering technology and risk advisory services to both private and government institutions including the telecom & banking sectors. She has over 6 years of experience in cyber security and technology advisory services. Christine has a Bachelors of Computer Engineering from Busitema University, Uganda and a post graduate in Information security management from Uganda Management Institute. She is also a CISA and CISM.
