WTSA-20 will be paperless. Exceptions can be made upon request for persons with specific needs, in which case please contact: tsbreg@itu.int.

Preparatory documents for WTSA-20 include:

Reports on the work of each of the ITU-T study groups;
Reports on the activities of the Telecommunication Standardization Advisory Group;
Reports by the Director of TSB;
Reports on matters relating to ITU Constitution, Convention, Council decisions.
