智慧公共交通服务的无障碍要求

ITU-T Y.4211建议书规定了智慧公共交通服务的无障碍要求。无障碍公共交通服务概念主要涉及消除物理障碍，如采用无障碍火车和公共汽车，通过机械降低入口层来实现轮椅的无障碍通行。在智慧公共交通服务中，如果设计得当，物联网（IoT）的使用可通过提供信息访问和实际无障碍情况来提高公共交通服务的无障碍性。物联网可用于为有多种残疾（包括身体、视觉、听觉和认知残疾）和特殊需求的人群创建工具。为了让智慧交通服务适当地提供无障碍服务，必须事先就无障碍简介信息达成一致。此类无障碍简介应基本包括乘坐公共交通时的无障碍需求信息。
