随着手机短信业务的快速发展,手机垃圾短信正在迅速扩散。不幸的是,没有一种措施可作为打击手机垃圾短信的万能良药。因此,有必要为打击手机垃圾短信建立一个实用框架。ITU-T X.1247建议书概要介绍了打击手机垃圾短信的程序,为打击手机垃圾短信提出了一种技术框架。此框架具体介绍了有关实体功能和处理程序。此外,本建议书就单个打击垃圾短信域内及各打击垃圾短信域之间共享信息的机制做了介绍。
修正1引入了来自客户端的反馈机制,接收可能发送到运营商的垃圾邮件呼叫(通过语音、短消息服务(SMS)或多媒体消息服务(MMS))。该修正为电信管理系统和/或客户支持服务接收用户发出的关于呼入的垃圾呼叫、语音或消息(短信/彩信)的通知规定了技术要求,介绍了客户与电话通信网络的运营商/服务提供商就呼入的垃圾呼叫进行交互的场景以及维持此类交互的必要技术措施。这种交互是基于垃圾呼叫被叫方在呼叫完成后立即拨打电信运营商提前提供的反垃圾信息号码。
