ITU-T Y.4601建议书草案规定了用于智慧消防数字孪生的要求和能力框架。
数字孪生是目标对象的数字表达,其或因应用的具体领域的差异而需要不同的能力,例如实体与其数字表达之间的同步及实时支持(参见ITU-T Y.4600建议书)。
通过物联网(IoT)技术部署和信息集成过程,数字孪生可以提供火灾现场的高保真数字显示,实现物理实体和数字实体之间的动态融合,达到全面了解火灾现场的过去、现在和未来的目的并对其加以控制。当前的消防技术缺乏全面的动态传感能力和预测能力。这些技术不能提供延迟的信息并实现人员与火灾现场间互动的充分可见性。
通过部署网关、传感器、高质量网络、多物理仿真、动态分析和预测以及三维(3D)可视化,智慧消防数字孪生可提供人员跟踪、危险追踪、火灾现场动态分析、救援策略优化、预仿真、历史场景重建等智慧服务。这些智慧服务有助于改善决策过程并减少伤亡。
