These sections refer to specifications transposed by the
3GPP
and
3GPP2
Organizational Partners into national or regional specifications which
are then submitted to ITU-R for referencing. This process is illustrated
below. The level of detail in the referenced documents is relevant to
those who are deeply immersed in the implementation of the technologies,
or are doing research and development in their various aspects. |
