The intelligent speech service is integrated to network operations, maintenance and service as well so it is required to monitor it periodically as done for other systems like routers. The running state in aspects of function and performance is required to be monitored so as to ensure its reliability, availability, security, etc. Some common monitoring parameters are CPU usage and GPU usage. Hence, this draft Recommendation specifies monitoring parameters for it, which are classified into speech recognition parameters, speech generation parameters, system parameters and so on.
