Summary: With the development of 5G, IoT, AI etc., the global arithmetic scale is growing at a high rate. As the foundation of digital construction, data centre is growing at a high rate. However, there is a lack of zero-carbon data centre construction guidelines applicable to the current stage of the industry. This recommendation identifies the guidelines for construction of zero-carbon data center, including site selection, design, procurement, construction, operation, dismantling and recycling phases, and propose how to introduce green elements into zero-carbon data centre to achieve zero-carbon emission.
