Session 3: P2C- Let’s talk about the Partner2Connect Digital Coalition Roundtable

The Partner2Connect (P2C) Digital Coalition is a multistakeholder alliance launched by ITU, aligning with the UN Secretary-General’s Roadmap for Digital Cooperation to foster meaningful connectivity and digital transformation globally. While its focus includes hardest-to-connect communities, it is not limited to those in Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

This session will introduce the P2C, setting the stage for an action-oriented exchange amongst participants throughout the Regional Development Forum. Participants will learn who can join the P2C Digital Coalition, how to make a pledge, the types of pledges available, and the benefits of submitting such a pledge. They will also become familiar with all the pledges that have been submitted both globally and those specific to the Asia-Pacific region. Furthermore, the session encourages more members to pledge and mobilize the necessary resources to connect those who remain offline.
