The list of administrations already registered on the system
Administrations registered on e-Communications are followings (147 Administrations and 11 ADM/IGSO as of 8 February 2024). ADM/IGSO means Administration which acts on behalf of an intergovernmental satellite organization.
Please note that the Administration registered on e-Communications can send correspondence to the Administrations not listed below via e-Communications. However, because those Administrations do not have registered users on the system, your correspondence is not be read by them on e-Communications until they have registered users on the system.
Administrations registered on the system are recommended to send correspondence to the Administrations not listed in the table below by the traditional means.
* AUS, F, F/ESA, F/EUT, F/GLS, FIN, HNG, LUX, NOR, SUI, UAE and UKR have their willingness to use e-Communications as the only means of communications and to discontinue the traditional means of communications via email, telefax and postal mail as indicated below.
** D and GRC have the preference to use e-Communications as shown below.
