Introduction
The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) organized a workshop on “Vehicular Multimedia Implementation Aspects”, on 27 April  2022 (09h00-12h00 CEST). The workshop was held virtually using zoom remote participation platform and will be followed by the 16th meeting of the ITU-T Focus Group on Vehicular Multimedia (FG-VM), on 28 April 2022, also held virtually from 9h00 to 12h00 CEST.

Background
ITU-T Focus Group on vehicular multimedia has started  drafting a technical report (FGVM-TR3) on the implementation aspects of Vehicular Multimedia (VM). The deliverable is intended to serve as a specification for implementing VM, identifying and taking into account relevant implementation aspect standards, regulations or guidelines and to recommend best practices for VM implementation including certification processes and proposing recommendations to bridge identified standardisation gaps

Objectives
During the workshop, experts participating in the ITU-T Focus Group on Vehicular Multimedia presented the current status of their third Technical Report on implementation aspects of Vehicular Multimedia (FGVM-TR3) and expert panellists were invited to present additional views to update or enhance the content of the above mentioned deliverable. Open discussion about vehicular multimedia as well as the scope and impact of this third deliverable was expected during the question and answer period.

Target Audience
