Mr. Kenjiro Arai graduated from the School of Information Sciences, Tohoku University in 2007.
In the same year, he joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, and has been involved in development activities for deploying the Next Generation Network (NGN) for commercial services.
As a standardization activity, he has contributed to 3GPP and TTC mainly on developping the IMS interconnection interface specification. Also, he served as a 3GPP CT3 Vice-Chairman from 2013 and a leader of SIP sub-working group under the signalling working group of TTC from 2014.
