1. Start registrationGo to https://user.itu.int/ to start the new ITU account creation process. In that page, click the blue “here" link at the bottom of the page.
2. Complete the Registration Form
3. Confirm and SubmitAfter completing the form, confirm your details and check the agreement box. Click “Sign Up" to proceed.
4. Verify Your AccountYou will receive a verification email. Enter the Verification Code and click “OK".Upon successful verification, you will see a confirmation page indicating that your registration is complete. You can further edit your personal information on this page (see the left-side menu).
If you need to reset your password, click the blue text “Forgot Password" on the login page.
2. Enter Your Email AddressType in your registered email address and click “Request New Password".
3. Follow the Reset LinkA password reset link will be sent to your email. Check your inbox, click the “Reset Link", and enter your new password.
4. Complete the Process After submitting your new password, you will see the message: “Your password has been changed successfully."You will also receive an e-mail with the subject line “Password Changed" confirming the update. Check your spam folder, in case you do not see the message within a few minutes.
5. Log inReturn to the login page and log in using your new password.

2. You will receive a confirmation email that you have been registered to the FG-AI4H meeting.
With your ITU account, you can access the FG-AI4H collaboration site. There you find all documents as well as the Topic Group and Working Group webpages, group calendars, and other tools.
