Executive summary: Meeting of ITU-T Study Group 12 (Performance, Quality of Service, Quality of Experience), Geneva, 18-26 January 2023

ITU-T Study Group 12 held its second meeting in the 2022-2024 study period in Geneva, 18-26 January 2022, as a physical meeting with remote participation.

The meeting was attended by 191 participants from 57 countries. This included 103 participants in Geneva and 88 delegates who exclusively used the MyMeetings web conferencing system to participate in the meeting.

The meeting received 60 Contributions and handled 165 TDs. Delegates reviewed 69 incoming Liaison Statements and adopted 16 outgoing Liaison Statements.

11 Recommendations were consented (7 new, 3 revised, 1 Amendment) by the meeting (see below for details). The meeting also agreed on 1 Amendment of an Appendix, 1 new Supplement and 1 new Technical Report.
